Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Dani.
A Biokineticist who has lived the journey I now guide others through.
My background in Human Movement Science, Physiology, and Biokinetics — combined with my own experience of sports injuries and chronic pain — has shaped the way I see rehabilitation.
I know what it feels like to be limited by your body.
To feel frustrated, stuck, and unsure of what to do next.
But I also know what’s possible when you take the time to rebuild properly — from the ground up.
In 2020, I started my own practice. Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of people — from athletes to everyday individuals — who all shared one thing in common: they wanted to feel in control of their bodies again.
ShiftMethod is the evolution of that journey.
It’s a method built not just on knowledge, but on real experience — designed to go beyond symptom relief and create lasting, meaningful change.
